You can help support the work of Oregon Writers Colony

If you know the work of OWC and want to support its mission further, you may:

  1. Donate toward scholarships for students and adults who love to write prose, fiction or non-fiction, but may not be able to pay for a class. This is the Naomi Stokes Scholarship Fund.
  2. Donate toward scholarships for students and adults who love to write poetry, but may not be able to pay for a class. This is the Elizabeth Bolton Poetry Scholarship Fund.
  3. Donate toward drawing down the Colonyhouse mortgage and help keep Colonyhouse available to writers into coming generations. This is the Colonyhouse Mortgage Fund.
  4. Donate toward the maintenance fund for the Colonyhouse. This is the Colonyhouse Maintenance Fund.

Each of these funds may only be used for the stated purpose. You can make donations via our secure payment method with Paypal. Or you may donate via mail. Make your check out to Oregon Writers Colony Special Funds. Write the specific fund on the “for” line of your check. Address your letter to to:
